This is one awesome and simple (postpartum) recipe. It aids lactation!
I so loved it…wondered why wait for postpartum to have this;):P
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled rice
1-2 tbsp ghee (preferably home-made)
5-6 garlic pods (or as desired)
Steps:
Heat the ghee in a pan. Chop the garlic and fry in ghee til golden brown.
Add the mixture to warm boiled rice and serve/have immediately.
This used to be the first course of meal during my postpartum days!
Try it and tell me if it doesn’t taste heavenly!
